For AlgoSpeed Services

1. Background

1.1 AlgoSpeed offers a proprietary technology platform (“the AlgoSpeed Platform”) which comprises the web portal, APIs, SDKs, tools, plugins, code, technology, content, and services linked thereto, that, inter alia, facilitate through technology the deployment, monitoring, and automation of algorithmic trading strategies across supported stock brokers.

1.2 AlgoSpeed is a technology platform for algorithmic trading automation. AlgoSpeed itself is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser and does not issue trade recommendations. The AlgoSpeed Platform enables users to deploy ready-made or custom algo strategies through their own broker accounts, entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.

1.3 These Terms contain the terms and conditions on which AlgoSpeed offers the Platform to you as a user of the AlgoSpeed Platform.

2. Constitution of These Terms

2.1 These Terms include by reference AlgoSpeed’s entire legal infrastructure (including its Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimers), which are an integral part of these Terms.

2.2 AlgoSpeed may revise these Terms from time to time by uploading an updated version to this page and notifying users of such revision. By continuing to access and/or use the AlgoSpeed Platform, or availing any of the services offered thereafter, a user will be considered to have accepted the provisions of these updated Terms.

2.3 Use of the Platform may involve services provided by third-party service providers (“Third-Party Service Providers”) — for example, brokers and payment gateway partners. In respect of such services, the relevant service terms of the respective Third-Party Service Providers will apply to such use.

2.4 Use of the Platform may be subject to additional terms which may be associated with certain events (such as promotions) or certain features (such as features in beta mode). AlgoSpeed will notify these additional terms to users from time to time and may be applicable to users who opt to participate in such events or use such features.

3. Registration and Access

3.1 The AlgoSpeed Platform allows users to create an account. Access may also be extended through the Platform via approved channels.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and broker API keys, and for all activities under your account.

3.3 AlgoSpeed reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform where it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated, or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

4. Services Provided over the AlgoSpeed Platform

Subject to these Terms, AlgoSpeed provides the following services over the Platform:

• Deployment of ready-made, pre-tested algo trading strategies across Index Options, Equity, Futures, Intraday, and Positional segments
• Multi-broker connectivity and API integration
• Custom strategy development based on the user’s own trading rules
• Risk management tools (stop loss, target, trailing SL, daily loss limit, position sizing)
• Live order monitoring and trade tracking
• Training and onboarding, and dedicated technical support

AlgoSpeed does not place any order or execute any trade on your behalf without your instruction; execution occurs strictly through the broker you connect, based on the strategy parameters you have chosen to deploy.

5. Fees and Commercial Terms

5.1 Access to certain features or strategies on the AlgoSpeed Platform may require payment of a subscription or one-time fee, as displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 All fees are payable in advance and are processed through our payment gateway partner. AlgoSpeed does not store your full card or UPI credentials.

5.3 Fees, once paid, are governed by AlgoSpeed’s Refund Policy, available on the website.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, strategy code, and technology comprising the AlgoSpeed Platform are the property of AlgoSpeed or its licensors, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform or its strategies without AlgoSpeed’s prior written consent.

7. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract; (b) the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete; (c) you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms; and (d) you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

8. Disclaimers

Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. AlgoSpeed is a technology platform for algorithmic trading automation and does not provide investment advice, stock recommendations, or assured returns. Any strategies, examples, backtest results, or educational content provided are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice. Past performance and backtested results do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions and are encouraged to consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst before making any investment decision.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoSpeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from broker execution delays, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or market conditions beyond AlgoSpeed’s control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AlgoSpeed, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. General Terms

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

11.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.3 AlgoSpeed’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision.

• AlgoSpeed is a technology platform and does not provide investment advice or assured returns
• You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions
• Strategy execution occurs only through the broker you connect, as per parameters you’ve chosen
• Past performance and backtested results do not guarantee future results
